Hardware Lane (famous for its restaurants and out-door dining) is one-door away and the central soul of the city, the Bourke St Mall, is just 50 metres down the hill. PRIVACY - The Melbourne 'Loft' apartment is located in a beautifully restored seven story building that contains five private apartments only. The 'Loft' comprises all of level five. You are the only person on that floor, ensuring your total privacy and anonymity. As soon as you walk out the door you are in the thick of the city hussle and bussle, but the 'Loft' is like a haven amongst this.

FLEXIBLE CHECK IN / CHECK OUT - We don't have fixed times. If there are no guests coming in directly after you, as is often the case, arrange a check out time that suits you

HOME THEATRE - With our giant screen television with surround sound, and a comprehensive collection of DVD's, you can enjoy the full home theatre experience. The DVD's are rotated between our apartments, with new titles added on a regular basis.

AMENITIES - The fit-out of all the Maju apartments have been to the taste of the owners, so all fittings, fixtures, furnishings are of the highest quality. You will find a very well equipped kitchen, finest quality dinner settings and glassware, cutlery, linen, sushi plates, coffee plungers (plus beans in the fridge), quality reading material, microwave, washing machine, dryer, video security system, climate control, tea bags, wine stoppers, Panadol, Berocca …

TELEVISION - In addition to the giant rear projection TV in the lounge, each of the two bedrooms have wall mounted, flat screen Sony television sets. All receive 30 or so Foxtel satellite channels.

WINE CELLAR - You won't find a selection of wine like this in a hotel. Maju Melbourne's wine and liquor selection reinforces that this accommodation is simply the best. Maju offers the finest local and imported vintages and we operate on an honesty system. If you choose a wine, just let us know when you leave so we can attempt to replace it for the next guest.
