The Maju Sequence is the brainchild of the Van Der Meer family. Geoff Van Der Meer and his family have developed Maju apartment primarily as an extension of their lifestyle.

The family lives on Sydney's northern beaches and they like to travel. But they can't use the Melbourne apartment all the time.

Now they're looking for like-minded people to join the Sequence and they're offering short-term accommodation to the right people so the apartment is used more often. By the "right people", we mean people who share the family's taste, appreciation of quality and passion for life.
